The PREIN Annual Report 2021 published
Although the year 2021 was challenging with the Covid-19 pandemic it was also an active and successful year for the Flagship for Photonics Research and Innovation. In 2021, PREIN continued and even expanded some of its activities. Research visibility and impact grew with a significant increase in the number of publications, joint work, and high impact publications. We were able to arrange events face-to-face but also in new on-line formats reaching out to different target groups from researchers to industry and children to university students.
