PREIN Research Roadmap

In 2020, the original PREIN Research Roadmap was drafted with four key themes, Smart sensors, Integrated photonics, Light sources and Photovoltaics.

Now the results of the 2020-2024 roadmap have been evaluated and the roadmap has been updated with new aims for the period 2024-2026 and beyond.

The newest work package on Quantum Technologies was also integrated as a cross cutting theme into the research roadmap.
