Tampere University is organizing Imaging Days, the event aiming to connect professionals working in the area of imaging both in academia and industry!
The programme includes lab tours and presentations from the leading experts in the fields of photonics, biomedical imaging, computer vision, computational imaging, immersive visual technologies, and more!
This year, the Imaging Days will take place on 12-13 November, 2024 with the following preliminary schedule:
Tuesday, 12 November, Tampere University, Hervanta Campus
9:30-12:00 Poster and demo session
12:30-15:30 Afternoon session
16:00-18:00 Suolijärvi sauna
Wednesday, 13 November, at Paidia
What? Tampere Imaging Ecosystem networking event
Where? Paidia, Nokia Arena (Kanslerinrinne 3, 33100 Tampere)
When?
09:30 – 11:30 Morning session and coffee
12:30 – 14:00 Afternoon session
15:00 – 20:00 Networking event (for invited guests)
The networking event is hosted by Business Tampere. More details on the agenda will be shared shortly. It’s the usual format, very short intro presentations followed by a few hours of networking with food and drinks. We expect visitors from all over Finland, Germany, USA and more.
Agenda will include
- Update on “Chips from Tampere” semiconductor business development program
- New Tampere R&D site introduction, Silicon Valley company
- Introductions of companies from Turkey, USA …
